Description
For this series, we take top quality folded steel as blade material, and treat it with a traditional clay temper, quenching, and fine polishing process to create the perfect edge for cutting and blocking. Each blade is fully handmade by our craftsmen with years of experience in forging, shaping and polishing blades. The blades are hand sharpened using a 9 stage polishing/sharpening process. This is designed to create an edge that is extremely sharp, and a finish that brings out the character of the sword. With this finish you can expect to see the full character of the tempering line on the blade. We have a wide range of custom options available, feel free to message us with your request.
